Camping
We have many options to let you rest your head at the Festival.
Tent/Vehicle Camping
We know you take pride in what you drive, so we'll let you and your wheels snuggle up together. The camping area will have space for your ride and a tent.

Things to know:
Camping is now closed. However, if you have already reserved your spot, come on down.
Campsites are 20 X 20. Vehicles exceeding dimensions will be subject to additional charge.
Campsite is open to all two-day tickets holders on a space available basis. Camping is not open to single-day ticket holders.
This is primitive camping. No electricity or water hook ups are available. Basic toilet and shower facilities will be provided.
Bring in your bevs. Each camper over the age of 21 will be permitted to bring 2 cases of canned beer, 2 litres (plastic) of spirits upon initial entry. No alcohol is allowed to leave the campground, and none is allowed in after initial check-in.
One (1) shelter (tent) per campsite. No Tents over 15' X 15'.
One (1) vehicle may park at each campsite. Anyone entering the Campgrounds must have the appropriate Campground Entrance Wristband.
Pricing and payment: $25 per campsite. Includes two (2) camper wristbands. Additional camper wristbands are $5 each, with a maximum of four (4).
Camping sites are on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore if you intend to camp near friends, we ask you arrive together.
Vehicle movement will be restricted inside the oval. Cars are allowed to enter the camping area throughout the day but will not be permitted to exit until Sunday evening. If you need to leave the track for any reason before that time, then we ask you park your vehicle outside the camping entrance and pack your camping gear into the campgrounds.
Please note that gates to the camping entrance will be closed between the hours of 2am - 10am, there will be no entry into or exit from the oval during this time.
Camping check-in opens at 10am and closes at 10pm each day.

Important Guidelines Campers Must Follow
Each person MUST have their own camping ticket. Every person entering the campgrounds MUST WEAR the appropriate Camping Wristband. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You must bring all your own camping equipment.
Wagons and small wheeled carts/luggage will be permitted to transport camping gear.
No box trucks.
Camping tickets will include parking fees for the weekend.
All campers must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent.
Under Age Drinking is NOT permitted in the campgrounds or on the event grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All campers are subject to search upon entry.
There will be on-site security at all times as well as first aid stations.
Basic toilet and shower facilities will be provided. No electricity or water hook ups are available.
Campfires, barbecues, gas grills, candles, canvas tents, gazebos, weapons and glass are prohibited for safety reasons. Check the Festival info page on the web site for all prohibited and allowed items.
Come prepared for all weather.
Campers will have access to food outlets and a general store.
Your camping ticket allows you to camp from 3pm Friday October 12 until 10am Monday October 15.
Please respect the site and your fellow campers. Any unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the site.
The festival will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
No bicycles or scooters or personal motorized vehicles will be permitted (This includes, but is not limited to: golf carts, ATV's motor scooters, and powered skateboards).
No animals are allowed except for service animals.
Vehicle movement may be restricted at certain times.
Free shuttle buses are available for transport into College Station.
